Hi 👋🏻 I'm Kaylin, and I began my business in 2020, with a mission to help women ditch the fear of the weight room and gain the confidence to get strong, feel empowered, and take control of their health & fitness journey.

Do I need to be tracking Macros to join?

No, this is a perfect place to start if you are curious about tracking macros or want to learn more. We break down what macros are, how to hit your daily intake goals, nutrition periodization and so much more. My goal is to not only help teach you about macros and how to hit your goals but also give you the tools to do so well beyond the 8 weeks together.

What is the age demographic?

This is perfect for women who are in their 30s and beyond looking to fuel their bodies, balance their hormones and reach their goals. What worked for some of us in our 20s is no longer working in your 30s and beyond which is why it's so important to learn about nutrition, strength training and how to fuel your body as you age.

What type of goals is the group good for?

Women who are tired of spending time and money investing in different programs and supplements and still haven't seen results. Women who are frustrated that they work out but don't feel like they look it and are hoping in and out of diets, frustrated that things don't work for them. What if I’m familiar with macros already.. is this just for beginners?

Even if you’ve tracked macros in the past, you will still be a good fit! Macros is a small portion of the initial lesson but we dig deeper into how you can fuel your body, go in a caloric deficit, or up your macros to reach the goals you want whether it be to lean out OR to build muscle! A big part of the program is how to eat balanced too so you can enjoy cocktails and pizza while still reaching your goals! 

What if I don’t have time? I work a 9-5 but in the mornings I get my kids ready for school and after work, I help them with homework.

I always say - regardless of how busy you are, your nutrition lifestyle should work with you no matter what season you’re in!
