Hi, I'm Kaylin

HEAD COACH

I'm 38 years old, a wife and mom to two little girls. I love staying active, working out and being outside, especially in the summer!

My path to health and strength wasn’t always straightforward. Like many, I started as a cardio and group fitness enthusiast, working out nearly every day but never seeing the results I wanted. Despite my best efforts, my approach to “eating healthy” and intense workouts left me feeling frustrated and stuck in a cycle of restriction and overindulgence.

After the birth of my daughters, I knew I needed a change. I invested in my own 1-1 coach, who helped me understand the importance of nutrition and strength training. Through this guidance, I discovered the power of lifting weights, following a true progressive overload and hypertrophy training program, tracking macros properly, and focusing on sustainable habits.

Now, I’m here to share what I’ve learned and help you build confidence, strength, and a balanced approach to fitness that fits your life. I feel better now in my late 30s than I ever did in my 20s, and I look forward to helping you feel this way too.

I'm a health & nutrition coach, wife, and mom to two little girls who keep me on my toes. My journey into this field started with a personal mission to overhaul my own health. Like many, I used to bounce between diets, always chasing the latest fads and quick fixes. Through that rollercoaster, I learned firsthand the importance of mastering the basics of health and nutrition for sustainable weight loss and overall well-being.

Now as a Certified Macro Coach and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I love to help others achieve their health goals.

I get it … life is busy, and juggling everything can make health goals feel out of reach. I’ve been there too. That’s why I stress the importance of working towards a balanced lifestyle where we implement consistent action, but understand that perfection is not required. 

As for my own weight-loss journey, everything changed when I discovered macros and switched from cardio/HIIT queen to lifting weights. Instead of trying to be the smallest version of myself, I focused on becoming the strongest. Over the past two years, I've worked on building muscle and losing fat, and I've successfully lost 20 pounds and kept it off. It has been so fun to see the body recomp changes! The best part? All of this, while still enjoying my favorite foods guilt-free! :)
